Job Summary:

My client, an international company, is recruiting a Sales Specialist to cover Norway. This role is a great opportunity for people who want to work with the latest technologies in the field, and to expand your professional network massively. You will be independently responsible for driving the sales and establishing the company''s market presence in Norway, approaching numerous laboratory customers. It is a perfect opportunity for someone trying to get their foot in the door of the industry and jump-start their commercial career. The company is a global leader in advanced analytical instrumentation, catering to various laboratory sectors, allowing you to specialize in a range of relevant products, dealing with spectroscopy, chromatography, and others. You will have all the necessary support and training to achieve the goals and grow within the organisation.


Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Prospection and sales of analytical laboratory instruments
  • Completing database of CRM
  • Establishing the sales forecast for the sales territories
  • Participation in exhibitions
  • Organization of product demonstrations
  • Training of customers pre- and post sale
  • Meet or Exceed sales budget quota
  • Actively drive and develop portfolio products in existing and new customer segments


  • Academic degree in life sciences
  • Previous sales experience is merited, but not a requirement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both Norwegian and Swedish are mandatory
  • Valid driver''s license is required
  • Microsoft Office Software knowledge
  • Located in Oslo region.
  • Willingness to travel across Norway.
