Job Details:
Our client is a successful independent medical communications agency. They are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their head office in Central London.
You will have a crucial role in the account management team as you will be responsible for the coordination of allocated projects as they progress through other internal teams. You will provide support through administrative tasks on a range of global projects for leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies in a variety of therapy areas such as immunology, oncology, cardiovascular, and medical devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of project status reports, including schedules and budgets
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for allocated projects
  • Participation in client calls and communication
  • General administrative duties as required
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Life science degree
  • Previous experience of a similar role within a medical communications agency
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy
  • Proven organisational and planning abilities
  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills
