We are expanding our team of Senior Analysts and Consultants with Consulting at McCann Health London.

Are you able to problem solve and work with clients to deliver innovative solutions to their commercial problems? Do you enjoy delivering high-quality work and working in a collaborative and supportive team? Are you passionate about using your life sciences skills to deliver healthcare consulting projects?

You will be part of a team delivering strategic consultancy projects to a range of clients across all of our practices with the opportunity to specialise in a particular area as you further develop your career, Our projects span numerous therapy areas and cover various global markets including EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Consulting at McCann Health (CMH) is a division of McCann Health London delivering a complete profile of expertise across consulting and creative specialisms. We bring together a unique combination of fresh thinking, creativity, and scientific expertise delivering complex projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and MedTech clients at a global level. Our expert practices include Global Value Strategy, Strategic Business Consulting, and Global Marketing Excellence.

You’ll be a success if you:

  • Have a passion transforming evidence & insight into compelling value platforms & commercial strategies
  • Are eager to learn and grow within Market Access, Real World Evidence and Insights
  • Internally lead and deliver on projects and project workstreams
  • Design research methodologies, conduct research and build results into the development of content to present to the client at a high quality
  • Manage the problem-solving process on the project to meet client objectives
  • Work with the analyst team, shaping deliverables and directing internal tasks
  • Present to clients and manage the day to day client liaison as part of your projects
  • Support the business development and sales process through client relationship building, networking, proposal development and pitch support, generation of relevant thought leadership pieces
  • Be a part of a strong project team with support from senior-level experts across the practice

What you’ll bring:
  • Degree in a life sciences discipline
  • Experience in life sciences/healthcare consulting gained from a management consulting firm, or similar
  • Commercial / marketing experience from working within a pharmaceutical company also considered
  • Experience in one of the following areas: Pricing and Market Access, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Transformation or similar
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent client project delivery skills working closely with the client on a day to day basis delivering high-quality client work; excellent writing skills for developing client-ready presentations and reports
  • A problem solver with a curious mind
  • Great communication skills and a strong team player
