Senior QA Specialist, 12 Month Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QA Specialist within the pharmaceutical industry. The role is joining an experienced team within a global pharma company based in Hertfordshire and is looking for an expert in GxP, especially GCP and PV guidelines. It is a perfect position for someone who has good cross-functional QA and Drug Safety knowledge, as well as someone who can utilise their communication skills and customer focused mentality.

Salary & Benefits:

£45-50 per hour. The role is 12 months initially with the likelihood of extension.

Role and responsibilities:

*Implement a controlled document strategy for the QA department, supporting all relevant regulatory compliance standards and process relating to clinical development and drug safety/pharmacovigilance
*Supporting the establishment of GxP Standards; Policies & SOPs, to ensure a consistent document landscape for standards and processes related to clinical development and pharmacovigilance
*Builds and maintains strong relationships with key business stakeholders
*Ensures in collaboration with business partners that Policies and SOPs in the controlled document landscape are up-to-date and regulatory compliant versus current Clinical and safety/pharmacovigilance international regulations
*Focus on value and customer, align for success; deliver results in-time, proactive approach, creative in solution development, and strong communicator

Requires skills and qualifications:

*Life Sciences degree
*Significant experience in pharmaceutical QA - covering documentation strategy and compliance to GCP and PV guidelines
*Ability to build and maintain good relationships with key business partners
*Ability for problem identification / resolution in a complex environment or potential conflict
