Senior Quality Assurance Manager/ Responsible Person, Management of a growing team and longer term progression towards being EU head for QA
I am currently searching for an experienced pharmaceutical QA professional to join and take the lead for a growing pharmaceutical company who are looking at EU wide expansion. The company have already launched in the UK and with more products and development in motion, there is the real need to bolster their leadership in QA. There is a team to be managed and developed and it will need a true leader who can also be hands on and lead by example.
Regarding company culture, there is a strong focus growing talent and with this in mind they are keen to see people who are also up and coming who can grow into the role. Hence if you are at senior associate or manager level, this could be very interesting for them as well.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA strategy in the UK and help with EU set up
- Lead, mentor, manage and develop QA and QC teams
- Act as company RP
- Working closely with EU and global senior management
- Broad coverage across QMS, GDP, reviews and team management.
Key Requirements:
- Life science degree
- Strong experience in Pharmaceutical QA management (medical devices, FMCG cannot be considered)
- Strong understanding of solid dose pharma and ideally good experience dealing with Indian suppliers
- Proven leadership/management experience
- Experience working as an RP
