Senior Risk Manager. Contract. Saving lives!

Do you have what it takes to play a crucial role in saving millions of lives every year?

My client is an organisation founded roughly 20 years ago with the sole purpose of saving lives! The organisation essentially delivers vaccines to people in developing countries, hence saving their lives by protecting them against any epidemics. This has been made possible with support from both the public and the private sector.

The organisation is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to help lead Senior Management''s strategic thinking on mission-critical risks and to work across all key areas of strategy and operations, ultimately making sure all those in need get access to the much needed vaccines.

The role is based in the French speaking side of Switzerland and is a 1 year full-time contract with possibility of extension.

Requirements

• Degree in business or public administration, science or engineering, global health or development, or equivalent;
• At least 8 years experience in (enterprise-level) risk management, strategy or equivalent;
• Consulting experience combined with strong practical experience in applying risk management in complex organisations/international development is an asset;
• Excellent analytical and systems thinking and demonstrated problem-solving skills;
• Ability to develop a strategic perspective and creatively think outside the box;
• Fluent English, French and other languages are of advantage.
