Software Engineer, Mobile and Web Applications - Medical Devices industry - Scenic Austria - innovative electrical/micro-electronic products
On behalf of our Austrian client, a leader in microelectronic implantable products in the Medical Devices industry, we are seeking a Software Engineer with extensive technical knowledge of and experience in mobile application development (Android and iOS) to join their R&D Team. Medical Devices product experience itself is not essential, but some knowledge of the industry is useful
Daily tasks:
- To develop mobile applications, create robust, high-volume production systems and research prototypes
- Implement client-side components for modern mobile and web applications
- Influence product strategies by defining requirements, driving system architecture and adhering to best practices
Expected, a IT professional with a background in Computer Science or similar degree, with
- Extensive technical knowledge of and experience in mobile application development (Android and iOS)
- Knowledge of UI frameworks, MVP application design and complex, responsive touch-based UI.
- Expertise in cross-platform solutions, such as React Native (TypeScript) and Flutter
- Experience in developing Apps for audio streaming would be a plus
- General knowledge of recent research in neural networks is a considerable advantage. Strong desire for exploring, evaluating, and promoting new technologies
While it is a German speaking country, the corporate language is English as is the requirement for this position. Free German lessons are amongst the benefits that come with an attractive salary package. Relocators welcome.
